ICQ is a program that lets you find friends and connect with them “online” – in real time. With ICQ Instant Messenger you can video/audio chat, send email, SMS and wireless-pager messages, as well as transfer files and URLs. If you’re away from your personal computer you can still chat with friends and contacts, even where the ICQ client is not installed, by using the web-based ICQ2Go that works from any computer.

Facebook Chat
- Add your Facebook Friends to your contact list and chat with them directly from your ICQ.
- Connect your ICQ to your Facebook account and chat with Facebook friends from your ICQ. All your Facebook friends will appear in your ICQ Contact List as “Facebook Friends”.
Take a Picture
- You can choose whether you want to take a photo using your webcam, upload one from your files or choose an avatar from the gallery.
- You can also do quick check-ups for your audio and video devices to make sure the camera, the microphone and the speakers are set properly.
Add friends
- The new layout also offers you other friends you may know, and helps you broaden your social circle. With the advanced search options on ICQ you can filter out unwanted or inaccurate results, and then start a chat directly from the search results window.
- You can also import new contacts from other services such as social networks, email accounts and Instant Messaging tools. If your new contacts are ICQ users – you can add them to your contact list. If not – you can invite them to download ICQ 7.6 and join the fun!
Feeds from Friends
- Get friends’ feeds from your favorite social networks directly to your ICQ. Click the ‘Feeds from Friends’ tab on your contact list and get the latest updates!
- View photos from Facebook, comment on your friend’s tweet and get real time updates to your ICQ.
Status Box
- You can easily update your status on Facebook and twitter, upload pictures and publish links.
- Post your status to Facebook and twitter directly from your ICQ and let everybody know what’s happening now.
Email & Notifications
- In addition get notifications and see who’s commenting, who likes your updates and who replied to your online activity in social networks.
Picture Sharing
- Share pictures with your friends on ICQ. Your friends will be able to zoom in and out, browse through your pictures and enjoy a cool viewing experience.
- You can now share many pictures at once and receive back different pictures from your contacts.
- Drag and drop your pictures into the ICQ Message Window and send them to your friends!
